International Rubber Products Ltd. is proud to announce the introduction of the Easy-Drill Cementing Plugs to our well established Oiltek product line.

  • Easy-Drill out cementing plugs are completely PDC drillable

  • Increases the drill bit efficiency by reducing drill out time

  • Increased casing contact area

  • High wear resistance

  • The phenolic core allows the drill bit to crush it into a powder form, this eliminates the potential of metallic forms in drill fluids that aluminum plugs would create, causing dame to drilling components and equipment

  • Completely PDC drillable

We offer these in different sizes from 4-1/2″, 5-1/2, 7″, 9-5/8″ and 13-3/8″ in Natural Rubber (NR), Nitrile (NBR), and HNBR for higher temperature applications.

Additionally, we offer Non-Rotational Cement Plugs in 7″, 9-5/8″ and 13-3/8″ and are available in various compounds such as Natural Rubber (NR), Nitrile (NBR), HNBR, and Aflas.
